Terms**We reserve the right to refuse any business that does not align with our community standards as this is a family event** HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: Guardians of the Children Puget Sound Chapter has secured the Star Center for this event. We therefore reserve the right to ask vendors to remove any items that could jeopardize the safety of the general public in attendance. We also reserve the right to ask vendors to remove products/services that we feel do not align with our community standards, as this is a family event. BOOTH SET-UP /STRUCTURE: We recommend a pop-up style tent 10'X10' in size as this is the size of space you are agreeing to rent. Personal built structures and displays are also allowed. Vendors are responsible for the safety of the public regardless of the type of structures used. I understand that I must provide my own tent/canopy, table, chairs, and any other equipment to participate in the event and I am responsible for arranging the transportation and delivery of those items, equipment, or vehicle(s) to the event. SECURE YOUR BOOTH/STRUCTURE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR SUDDEN WIND CONDITIONS THAT COULD CREATE A HAZARD FOR PUBLIC SAFETY: Please be advised that you are responsible for staking/securing your tent/structure/display. We suggest you use tie downs with weights on each corner. The Guardians of the Children Puget Sound Chapter is to be held harmless if your booth is carried away, moved, or otherwise damaged in a weather event. All vendors are responsible not to jeopardize the general public or businesses in Tacoma with their equipment, set-up, or take down. We suggest you check with your business insurance about Event Ryder Insurance. VENDOR EMPLOYEES AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES and PERSONAL/PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT: This is a family and community event. Please treat all attendees, including other vendors with respect. By signing this form, you are agreeing that you and your representatives will act with professionalism and respect. The Guardians of the Children Puget Sound Chapter is to be held harmless by any misconduct of you or your representatives. I confirm that my Business/Organization will participate in the SummerFest 2026 on August 29, 2026, from 10:00am - 4:00pm. Participants may begin arriving at 8:00am on August 29, 2026 to receive their spot and to allow time for set up prior to the event. Participants must be fully set up no later than 9:30am.
